It’s the last day of the school week, we are still preparing dishes for South Beach, today it’s Mixed Vegetable Dimsum (fried) as appetizer, Chicken Breast with Lemon and Capers for the main course and Minced Pork in Lettuce Cups as salad.

This week’s cooking program was definitely design for health conscious people, for the third installment of the South Beach recipes that we need to prepare, we cooked Lemony Fish Fillet to which we used Cream Dowry, Spinach Quiche and Cream of Vegetable Soup.

To start a brand new week, we prepared something for the diet conscious people, the famous south beach diet. Three dishes were prepared, Lettuce and Cashew Salad, Grilled Chicken Salad and Maple Glaze Pork Roast.

Day 9 was a continuation of our Italian culinary course, today we prepared my favorite pulutan, Baked Oysters on Half Shell as appetizer, Meatball Soup as (obviously) the soup course and Pasta with Alfredo Sauce with Bacon, sorry guys no dessert today.

On the eve of President elect Noynoy Aquino’s inauguration, it was my 8th day of culinary arts study and today was continuance of Italian food preparation, we cooked Moussaka, Panettone Pudding and Puttanesca Sauce (on spaghetti pasta).
