Last summer, I went to Digman to enjoy the halo-halo that I grew up with, I’m quite surprised to see that only few people now visits this landmark dining place in Bacoor.
I asked, the server, “Parang wala ng kumakain ngayon dito.” She replied, “Naku, doon na sila sa SM kumakain.”
Day 28: Tocino, Atsara and Two Eggs
It’s Monday once again and a start of a brand new week in our culinary arts class, day 28 was another light duty for us, we made Tocino (Sweet Cured Pork), Atsarang Papaya (Pickled Shreded Papaya) and 2 types of egg frying, the sunny side up and over-easy.
