Journey to Pico de Loro

pico-de-loro
The loud alarm woke me up, it was 4:30AM of March 31st. Usually I will be annoyed of the sound of my alarm clock, but this time, it’s a different feeling. This will be the day that I will re-visit Pico de Loro. La Furia Basyang (Basyang Fury)

The second typhoon for this year entered the Philippine area of responsibility last Tuesday, and she came big time! I woke up Wednesday morning (around 3AM) when my electric fan stopped running (yeah, brown out!) and with the loud whirling sound. That ended my good night sleep. Today, I was forced to go to Makati because of a...

A Taste of El Niño

Yesterday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) recorded this year’s hottest temperature in Metro Manila at 35°c and yet the summer is just starting. It was really hot yesterday, I went to SM Dasma to pay my bills and do some other errands, the moment I got out of the air-conditioned mall, I felt like being burned alive (OK that’s...
