Day 13: South Beach IV (Dimsum, Chicken Breast and Minced Pork)

It’s the last day of the school week, we are still preparing dishes for South Beach, today it’s Mixed Vegetable Dimsum (fried) as appetizer, Chicken Breast with Lemon and Capers for the main course and Minced Pork in Lettuce Cups as salad.

Only minimal cooking time was involve in the preparation of this food, most of the time spent was in the preparation of the ingredients and the assembly of the dish. We finished all the preparation at around 10:30 in the morning and we still had time to hang our with one of our classmates house and had lunch there.
