from daily to weekend
forgive me but i tried.
i tried to keep up with my exercise routine (brisk walking) but with my work schedule, i can’t keep up with it (lame xcuse). i work from 7:30am to 6pm, 10 gruelling hours of dealing with complains etc. etc.
so why not do it after work? ok, let us assume that i still have enough energy to walk 4-6kms, the problem is, my bus ride always comes late and obviously i will arrive home late plus it’s prayer time & i have to wait another 15 minutes before i can pick up my dinner. by the time that i get home, it’s past 7pm & tired.
that’s why i decided to do it only during weekends (wed, thu & fri), i went for a 4km walk & it feels good, the weeks work stress was gone in a snap.
i am determined to keep this habit.


gudlak sa ehersisyo mo kuya! sana nga magtuloy-tuloy na… wow! e di baka maging sobrang macho ka na nyan ha! hehehe!
atleast kahit paano nakakapag-exercise ka pa rin kahit tuwing weekend lang.:wink:

Ok lang yan, kahit weekends lang! 3 times a week naman e
mag-exercise tayo tuwing umaga
upang ang katawan natin ay sumigla
lakad ka na lang kaya master papuntang work
