No Aliwan Fiesta for me this year
I was so excited when I posted about the Aliwan Fiesta 2009 schedule, I’m ready to go, I’ve covered the event 2 years in a row, the bright & sunny Aliwan 2007 and the wet Aliwan Fiesta in 2008 but not this year. About 2 days after posting about it, I received a call from a friend asking me to cover a wedding for the same date.
And there you go, instead of covering the festival, I covered BC and Aiza’s Wedding at Good Shepperd Parish Church in Las Piñas City. After being out of the wedding coverage scene for about 2 months it surely was tiring.
All I can do now is to browse the beautiful photos taken by some of the photographers, again it was a wet Aliwan Fiesta, I also found out that (again) they started late (maybe because of the rain fall), but then again, they managed to take awesome photographs.
While checking my Facebook account, I also found out that my friend (and fellow blogger) Zaldy was also there, armed with (what I think was) a Nikon D60.
Well, I’ve missed the festival this year, but what the heck, there will be another festival next year.
Yupp, I was there, feeling photographer..haha!
It was a nice day to shoot pictures sana kaso inulan, lucky na walking distance lang ako sa CCP.
