The Journey Continues…

I tried to remember which documentary it is, OK it was during the SEO.ph Christmas Gathering when we were interviewed by his sister regarding what we are doing. I gladly told them what I knew and what I’m doing, but I’m not expecting that they might be needing it.

In short, I gave my number to him and the video interview was scheduled this afternoon. Honestly, I don’t know why I am being interviewed considering that I am new in the SEO/SEM field. My online earning (compared to the people in the forum) is so small to be considered as “Tambay Millionaire,” [How I wish I am].

The interviewers are Communication Arts students from Collegio de San Juan de Letran (Arriba!), they are to do a documentary on whatever topic they wanted, I guess Neil had influenced his sister in picking the topic of the “work at home” internet marketers.

I asked them for the list of questionnaire and also the list of the persons to be interviewed, I was surprised to be included on the list, those people are institution when in comes to Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing and Affiliate Marketing.

I was also told that I will be discussing about blogging and how to make money from it, hmmm… the blogging part is easy, I’m nearing my fifth year as a blogger and definitely I know the ins & outs of it. But I’m bothered about the money making thing, like what I’ve said, my current earning is nothing to boast about.

Thankfully, I was able to satisfy [I hope] the interviewers, I guess I was able to tell them what they really need and not the things that I created out of my crazy imagination.

Yes there are people who earns millions of pesos in the internet and sad to say I’m not [yet] one of them, this people influenced me to learn about the craft and to tell you frankly, it’s not easy. From 3 domains, my collection grew to 48 (and still growing), investing every penny I’ve earned (so far) to buying domains, renting web space, looking for contents and a lot of efforts developing each of my currently live domains (about 35 of them).

So will I ever be a Tambay Millionaire? That’s my target, I see nothing wrong with setting a doable target, I just need to focus (stop procrastination), never to stop learning and set a doable work target.
