Testing “My Biatch” on Jay & Nikki’s Wedding
As I wished in one of my entry, I really need a fast lens for my wedding coverages. It would be an advantage since most of the venue (and situations) are low-lighted. I had to shoot a wedding that’s why I bought a Sigma 28-70mm F2.8 DG better known as “The Biatch”, I still can’t afford it’s Nikon counterpart (commonly known as “The Beast”), it costs around PhP 65,000.00, it’s gonna costs me an arm & a leg just to own one. Anyways, here’s my “Biatch.”

Here are some of the shots taken using my new lens.

Testing the depth of field at f2.8 no flash.

Portrait shot of the bride.

This one is to test the selective focussing.

Close up shot 70mm, f2.8.

Some stolen shot.

Backlighted shot using flash.

Their first dance as a couple.
Overall, I can give this a thumbs up, it’s sharp though it sometimes hard to focus.
